Unfortunately, we do not accept returns at this time. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Processing time:

Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Processing time does not include shipping time.

Most orders are processed as soon as possible, however please allow processing time up to 5 days during periods of high volume.

Tracking Questions:

Unfortunately, we do not have any additional information related to tracking. What you see with the tracking number is the same information that we are able to see.

Package Not "Delivered":

If your tracking states that your package has been delivered, however you don't have it, there are a few things you can do prior to contacting us. 1. Reach out to your neighbors, roommate, spouse, etc. 2. Ask your local mail carrier (our cute packaging makes our packages memorable, so your mail person may just remember what happened!) 3. If all else fails, contact your local post office and file a claim. You may email us about this and we can discuss options, however please remember we are not responsible once the package enters the USPS system and we will do the best we can to help.

USPS Lost Package:

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for situations where USPS or UPS have lost a package. These are handled on a case-by-case basis, so please email us at ettaluboutique@gmail.com if this occurs with your order.
